Car Control Options (Down to Earth)

An article in Down to Earth, August edition discusses options to control car movement and examples from the world cities, where problems were successfully implemented. Among the programs are

There is too much emissions from the vehicles and these are making the environment very dirty and unclean.Therefore there has to be measures taken for the benefit of all.
